ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Dr. Kenneth Kang, Ph.D. (Educational Psychology) is a pioneer in the field of Neurofeedback Therapy. Since 1995, he has been providing therapy for children with developmental disorder and those with learning difficulties /disorders.
Dr. Kang pioneered the functional qEEG analysis technique (qEEG Brain Map). This is a technique which can reveal regions of the cerebral cortex which are inactive when the subject is engaged in a specific task. He is also developing a coherence analysis technique to study task related activation over time. Dr. Kang has been actively engaged in developing other non-invasive stimulation techniques which can enhance brain functioning. These include pulsed magnetic stimulation and pulsed electric field stimulation.
He upholds a holistic approach and developed a Neurofeedback program that observes oneís lifestyle and biological factors such as dietary habits and nutritional needs.

Ting Min holds a Bachelorís Degree major in psychology from the National University of Singapore (2004). She joined Spectrum Learning as a Neurofeedback Therapist soon after graduation. She has provided neurofeedback therapy to clients from different backgrounds such as children with special needs, learning difficulties, individuals aiming for stress management and peak performance.
A dedicated and passionate therapist, Ting Min is committed to helping the special needs children. She has successfully helped many children with learning difficulties to lead a better and more fulfilling life through neurofeedback.
Ting Min has a wealth of experience in neurofeedback and now provides consultation services to clients, users on home training programme and other neurofeedback practitioners in the region. She has also helped to formulate Spectrum Learningís core values and customer management program.

She holds a Bachelor of Psychology degree awarded by University of Buffalo, State University of New York (SUNY). Her excellence in her field of study has awarded her with recognition in the Latin honors, cum laude.
She started working in Spectrum Learning Pte Ltd in 2010. Her background in psychology has allowed her to quickly grasp the technicalities of neurofeedback. She has successfully helped many special needs children improve in their learning and behaviour and scholars in peak performance.
Audrey is enthusiastic about Spectrum Learning's vision and mission and readily embraces the core values of the company. She showed dedication, passion and a commitment to excel in her work. She possesses a warm and caring personality and has a natural talent for customer service.
